Carrot Laddu

 

Ingredient

Finely Chopped Carrot – 2 cups

Milk – 2 Cups

Suger 2 cups

Ccondensed milk – 1 Cup

Peanuts – ½ cup

Coconut powder - 1 cup

Butter – 2 tea spoons

Cardamom – 1 tea spoon

 

Preparation

Take a pan and put butter in that and let it heat and immediately put chopped carrots in that and fry it.

Then add milk and cook till milk dissolves. Then add suger and keep on mixing till suger dissolves, Then add kova , coconut powder, peanuts and keep on cooking till it dry well.

Once it get dried put little butter and cardamom powder and mix it well and keep it a side till it gets cool.

Then Make it as a laddoo, and serve. A very healthy and tasty carrot laddu is ready to taste.

 

Peasara Pappu Jantikalu

 

 

 

Ingredient

Boiled Green Gram – 1 cup

Rice Flour – 4 cups

Salt- as required

Chilli powder- ½ Tea Spoon

Cumin seeds ½ Tea Spoon

Oil For Deep Fry

 

Preparation

Take a vessel and put oil for deep frying and let heat.

Mean while take Green gram paste, rice flour, salt, chilli powder , cumin seeds and add water as required and mix it properly.

Then put that paste in a oil with the help of Machine (As shown in the video ) fry it in oil till it turns brown.
