Can the Center ensure T-Bill passed in winter sessions

  According to reports, Congress party is planning to introduce T-Bill in the winter sessions. So, the GoM constituted to study and recommend its suggestions on bifurcation was given a deadline of November 5th.   Apart from the GoM, a special task force also constituted to study the law and order situation during and after bifurcation of the state. It was asked to submit its report by November 5th. The GoM has to take its suggestions and recommendations into its consideration while preparing the draft bill. The GoM is scheduled to meet on November 7th, which would be its last and final meeting.   The way the Center is anxious to complete the complicated task leaves Samaikyandhra protagonists in despair. They wonder how the UPA government is planning to introduce the bill on Telangana in the Parliament winter sessions that begins from November 5th, when there is lengthy process of forwarding the draft note to Cabinet, President of India, State Assembly and back to President and again to Cabinet for preparing a final bill.   Former DGP Anjaneya Reddy, who was asked to give his suggestions to special Task Force about the law and order problems that may arise during and after bifurcation, has refused to give because he also for Samaikyandhra and strongly believes that the Center can’t be able to pass the T-Bill in Parliament.

Lokesh Tweets underlines Congress MPs failure

Yet, their attitude never changes.   Because of their ignorance or lack of interest, the UPA government dominant by several Maharashtra and northern state ministers obviously gives utmost importance to the concerned states while turning blind eye on states like us, which lacks proper representation for their cause.

Is Center taking advantage of Seemandhra Dilemma

  The Congress, which is all set to split the Telugu people, is again splitting Seemandhra people into two groups as pro and anti- bifurcation groups again. While the dilemma in political parties and Seemandhra people continues over giving representation to GoM, the Center taking advantage of their dilemma situation is pushing the pro-bifurcation groups to give representation to GoM.   Those who firmly opposing bifurcation are believing that any mode of representation to GoM is nothing but accepting Center’s proposal of dividing the state, others like Purandeswari, Panabaka argue that if fail to give representation gross injustice to Seemandhra is certain. So, it is understood that Congress is wise enough to divide the people again so as it can spearhead with its plans.   Congress party state political in-charge Digvijay Singh has asked the people and parties of both regions to send their suggestions over bifurcation to GoM before November 5th. He said any of their concrete suggestions will be included in the relevant draft bill. The GoM will have its final meeting on November 7th and will submit its report to Cabinet.

39 passengers died in bus fire near Hyd.

  Around 39 passengers were charred to death, when the bus they are travelling caught fire at in Palem village of Kottakota Mandalam in Mehboob Nagar district. The Jabbar Travels Volvo Bus No: AP02-TA 0963, originated from Bangalore yesterday night caught fire around 5.20 am near Palem village, when it is expected to reach Hyderabad in an hour or so.   The fire accident occurs when all the passengers are in deep sleep. According to reports there are 45 passengers in the bus. Except driver, cleaner and few lucky passengers, who are able to jump out of the bus breaking the window glasses rest, were burned to death in the fire accident. According to survivors, within minutes the bus was engulfed by the fire and there is no chance for the passengers to escape from the fire.   According to reports, the bus driver has rammed into road divider while trying to overtake a car and the diesel tank of the bus caught fire and it spreads to bus within minutes. But, the driver, who was admitted in the hospital, says the bus rammed into divider after he lost control on the bus because the front tyre of the bus busted suddenly. Rest of the ill-fated passengers’ names to be announced yet.  

Infosys may be fined for violating visa norms by US Court

  The world’s IT giant Infosys is likely to be fined by a district court in Texas for its alleged misuse of forms I-9 of business visas (B-1) meant for short term visits and that have restrictions from engaging in a gainful employment during the stay. The employer uses I-9 form part B-1 visas to verify an employee’s identity and to establish that worker is eligible to accept employment in the US. The US legal department found that there are certain violations takes place in I-9 forms of B-1 visas.   Hence, the Infosys, which is under investigation by the US justice department was served notices by the Texas court on May 23, 2011 for violating the visa norms. The court is likely levy a fine of $35 million that comes around Rs.219 crores.   Infosys chief executive SD Shibulal told the media earlier this month that the Company has set aside Rs.219 crores to meet the legal expenses. This hints that Infosys is already prepared to pay the penalty if the court convicts it in the B-1 visa violations. Obviously, it reflects on Infosys shares, that comes down by 0.6 percent thus bring the share value to Rs.3,304.65 in NSE.

Modi will never become PM: Nitish

So, he may never become Prime Minister of the country, come how much he sweats.”   In fact, Nitish Kumar is also dreaming to become Prime Minister of India. Probably, that is why distanced from BJP led NDA alliance first and then from Congress led UPA alliance, where there is no scope for him. Hence, he is trying to form Third Front to fulfill his dreams. But, he should realize that even in the Third front there are several aspirants like Mayavati, Mulayam Singh Khan and many others. so, his dream to become Prime Minister of the country may not become true in the near future.

Arrest warrants for Anjali issued

  Anjali, might have impressed the audiences with her marvelous performance in Mahesh and Venkatesh combo movie ‘Sitamma Vakitlo,’ but she makes the Saidapet Court in Chennai fumes upon her for ignoring its summons for several times. A defamation case was filed against her by Kollywood director Kolinzeum after she accused him of harassing and robbing all her money. She has been absconding court since last several months, although she was given several chances to attend the court. So, the court issued non-bailable arrest warrants against her and asked the police to produce her before the court on November 22nd if she fails to attend the court on her own. So, Anjali may have to face the court ire apart from facing the legal problems.

Is Diwakar Reddy speaking on CM Kiran Behalf?

  Ever since Jagan conducted Samaikya Shankaravam meeting at Hyderabad on October 26th senior Congress leader JC Diwakar Reddy has been targeting Jagan and his own party high command linking them altogether. She said she doesn’t remember anything about past and not aware of being managing partner in Kalaingar TV channel, to which her daughter Kanimozhi another accused in this case has diverted funds in 2G Spectrum case.

One suspect arrested in Patna bomb blasts case

  Police have arrested one person Imtiaz Ansari, who is suspected in the serial bomb blasts case in Patna. Police said a four member group of Tophek, Imtiaz Ansari, Tariq Ansari, and Noman Ansari from Ranchi have planted bombs in Patna. While, police nabs Imtiaz Ansari another suspect Tophek was injured while planting the bomb and died in the hospital. The other two were absconding from police.   According to SN Pradhan, the ADG Law and Order, the conspiracy is planned by Indian Mujahedeen (IM) and it was implemented by the Imtiaz Ansari, who has contacts with Tahseen Akthar, a close aide of IM top leader Yasin Bhatkal, who is now under police custody. He said the IM might have formed Ranchi Module for this task. He suspect that the IM might have formed similar modules in other places in the country including Bodh Gaya to implement its orders. Police and NIA sleuths are interrogating the suspect Imtiaz Ansari.

Dawood offers Toyota Cars to us: Vengsarkar

  Former Indian Cricketer vengsarkar has made a controversial statement today. Five members Task Force for bifurcation

  Home ministry has constituted a five member special task force to study and report the law and order issues that may arise due to bifurcation. This team will be led by IPS officer K.Vijay KumarTamilnadu of cadre. While, IAS officer Rajiv Sharma and IPS Oficer Vasan are representing the center, retired DGP AK Mohanti and IPS officer JV Ramudu from state will be the members in this team. The task force, which will start its work from tomorrow, is asked to submit its reports before November 5th. Hence, the team will be arriving at Hyderabad on Tuesday morning and will begin their work holding a meeting with state Police top brass.   The team is assigned to study the issues related:   1. Distribution of the assets and debits of state home ministry to both states.   2. Studying the law and order issues that may arise while and after division of the state (in both states).   3. Chalking-out procedures for maintaining law and order during the 10 years period in combined capital Hyderabad.   Besides the Home Ministry has summoned the three former DGPs of the state to take their suggestions over law and order issues and other issues.

The New York Times lashes at Narendra Modi

  The world’s leading daily newspaper The New York Times in its Sunday edition, writes that Narendra Modi, who was the Chief of Gujarat state when around 1,000 Muslim people were savagely killed during the riots in 2002 has emerged as the leading candidate for Prime Minister Office.   It writes that the country’s 138 million Muslims and its many other minorities are very much worried with his elevation and there are apprehensions in the people that he would intensify religious tensions that have subsided somewhat in the last decade. But, Modi supporters are arguing that he was given clean chit by Supreme Court of India, writes NYT.   The NYT opines that the Congress led UPA Government thrusting ahead with development activities in all sectors but fails to capitalize of it. Instead of coming with new ideas and leaders, it is likely to be led in the coming election by Rahul Gandhi, the inexperienced scion of the Nehru-Gandhi family. But, Modi was able to fuel the Hindu nationalism outrage.   The NYT further writes that Modi has shown no ability to work with opposition parties or tolerate dissent. And he has already alienated political partners; this summer, an important regional party broke off its 17-year alliance with the B.J.P. because it found Mr. Modi unacceptable.   It also underwrites Modi’s tall claims about Gujarat development. It states Muslims in Gujarat state are the poorer than the rest in the country, though the poverty mark of the state is lower than rest of the states.   Finally it concludes with a foot note stating Modi cannot hope to lead the country effectively if he inspires fear and aversion among the crores of people with multiple religions, more than a dozen major languages and numerous ethnic groups and tribes. Obviously, BJP condemns this report and said the news agency wrote this without knowing the ground realities of the country.

Four Contenders in two Championship Races

  It is interesting to see two simultaneous fights in two levels in the country is taking place. While, we are aware about the fight between CM Kiran and Jagan Mohan Reddy for Samaikyandhra championship, at Delhi level Rahul Gandhi and Narendra Modi are sweating to win over the other for claiming for Prime Minister Post.   The competition toughens as the elections are closing in. However, currently Narendra Modi and Kiran Kumar are heading in this race over their nearest rivals. While, Modi leaves Rahul Gandhi behind with his powerful and attractive speeches, CM Kiran Kumar Reddy is leading ahead of Jagan Mohan Reddy with his Congress mark tactics. While, CM Kiran has the only task of emerging as champion of Samaikyandhra, Jagan has an additional task of countering his other rival Chandrababu and his party, which is linking him to Congress party always.   However, the champion of the Delhi race is going to emerge first with the elections results of five states to be declared on December 8th. But, Kiran and Jagan have to continue to participate in the race till 2014 elections to know their status.

Is high command setting aside t-Congress leaders also

  The T-Congress leaders Jaitra Yatra that is intended to boast about their achievement of getting Telangana is also has some other intentions behind it. Firstly, all those ministers and leaders eyeing CM post of Telangana state badly want to draw the attention of their party president Sonia Gandhi with this ‘Thanks Giving’ program.  Every one of them does not want to be left behind in this race of making ‘bhajan’ of her. They believe the more they make bajan of her will improve of their chances of becoming CM of the new state. However, the growing numbers of this bhajan karyakram makes the competition very tough.   Then there is KCR phobia that drives the T-Congress leaders crazy. Even while, boasting about their achievement of getting statehood for Telangana, they are not sure that people will elect them again. The survey reports also clearly favor TRS party. Further, they are very much worried about the merger, poll alliance with TRS. Either KCR merges his party or strike a poll alliance agreement with Congress party, he is going to hamper their chances of getting tickets for the next general elections. It is evident that KCR is asking for lion share of tickets for his party for signing any kind of proposals made by Congress party. The T-Congress leaders after seeing their high command’s attitude toward Seemandhra Congress leaders, they fear that they also get the same treatment by the party. They realized that their high command’s priority is retaining power at Center and not in the state. For this it badly needs the support of TRS and YSR Congress parties and they believe that it may not hesitate to set them aside for its purpose.    Their apprehensions can be justified because their high command turned blind eye on TRS leaders, who are thrashing them like anything for conducting Jaitra Yatras. At the same it is also not allowing or encouraging them to conduct their bhajan karyakram that makes them suspect their high command. Hope their apprehensions won’t become true.
