Politicians plan to sabotage Samaikyandhra agitations

The state political parties, especially the Seemandhra Congress leaders are trying to give an ugly cast twist to the two month long Samaikyandhra agitations led by the people and the employees in an attempt to sabotage it.   The Reddy, Kamma and Kapu leaders of Congress party are now indulged in blame game over the attacks on PCC President Botsa Satyanarayana’s properties by Samaikyandhra activists. Taking advantage of this situation, TRS and T-Congress leaders also join this ugly battle to distract and dismantle Samaikyandhra agitations.   V.Hanumantha rao said that the agitation led by some upper cast people is driving the youth against BC leaders like MP Harsha Kumar and Botsa Satyanarayana to gain upper hand in the new Andhra Pradesh state. There were allegations that Jagan Mohan Reddy and Chandrababu are trying to woo their cast people by conducting hunger strikes, apart from throwing bait to strong Kapu community.   Botsa Satyanarayana’s interest in chairing CM post is also another factor that brings in the cast factor in the agitation and described as a fight between forward and backward communities. Though Manda Krishna supports the division of the state and has been condemning the upper cast dominance in Telangana agitations, he is also trying to join this ugly casty war wearing his casty goggles.   The Seemandhra political leaders and their parties, which are facing wrath of the people are trying to sabotage Samaikyandhra agitation to overcome this problem before it is proved too late for them. Hence, APNGOs president Ashok Babu has warned the politicians and political parties to stay away from their agitations.   He said “They have already lost the confidence of the people for betraying them. If, they try to imply their ugly politics into the employees’ agitations, they will be taught a good lesson by the people.”   However, one thing is clear that Botsa Satyanarayana has turned the epee center of this casty storm

AP NGOs extends strike till 20th

AP NGOs president P.Ashok Babu speaking to media said that NGOs organizations have decided to extend their strike from October 15th to 20th stressing for Samaikyandhra. “We have decided not to attend talks with Ministers’ sub-committee, which asked us to meet tomorrow. We believe there is nothing left to discuss with it any further. Hence, we would like to talk to CM only.”   He asked all Seemandhra MLAs, irrespective of their parties to make themselves available between 10th and 12th in their own constituencies to assure the people that they will fight for Samaikyandhra. He said now the people have lost faith on Seemandhra MPs and Union Ministers as they bluffed and betrayed the people. So, he appeals MLAs to consider this as last opportunity to prove their honesty for Samaikyandhra.   He gave a bandh call for all the Central government organizations, including banks on 8, 9, 17, 18 and 19th of October. He said the NGO representatives will talk with Central government employees’ unions soon to bring them into strike.   He warned the political parties and leaders do not try to enter into NGOs’ strike. He advised them if they want to fight for Samaikyandhra, they can conduct agitations separately but warned not to create rift between the employees with their entry.   He condemned attacks by MP Harsha Kumar’s sons on the NGOs and demands the police to file criminal cases against both his sons. He also condemned attacks on the employees by police in Vizianagaram and Guntur districts.

Terrorists nabbed in Puttoor

The combined operation conducted by AP and Tamilnadu police for nabbing the terrorists hiding in a house in Puttoour in Chittoor district was successfully completed. The whole operation takes 11 hours to complete. Police have forced them to come out of the house by throwing teargas shells into the house. Three men, a woman and two children were taken into custody and have been shifted to Chennai immediately. The three men were identified as the most wanted terrorists Ismael, Fakrudeen, and Bilal.   The three terrorists have been staying in the house for the last three months, who told the owner of the house they are running poultry business. However, they have been camping in different places in Chittoor district for the last two and half years, posing themselves as old cloth buyers. Since they were accompanied by a woman and children none of the locals has suspected them. However, they were shocked when came to know that they are living with terrorists in their neighborhood for the last three months. Police have seized a RDX explosive material and a country made gun from them.   The unconfirmed reports reveal that they are planning to plant a bomb in the sacred Umbrella that will be sent from Chennai to Tirumala Balaji temple that will be used during annual Brahmotsavas. It came to know the suspects have planned to plant the bomb with the help of a priest. However, this is not yet confirmed by any of the concerned police officer participated in this operation, but just a report only.

MPs assert pact between Cong.YCP

Congress MPs Harsha Kumar and Lagadapati have clearly said that their party has made them scapegoats for the sake of a person, who belongs to some other party. They allege that their political future and Seemandhra people’s interests were kept at stake for him. Needless to say that he is none other than Jagan Mohan Reddy.   If so, then TDP allegations made against Congress and YSR Congress parties are proved to be genuine. Then it can be understood that Jagan’s bail was not a legal decision but a political one. In such case, Jagan might be playing Samaikyandhra cards on behalf of Congress party, despite knowing that state is going to be divided. If, he could win the hearts of the people with his Samaikyandhra agitations, it would come as a blessing for Congress party, which is desperate to retain power at Center.   If, everything goes as planned then it can have the support of TRS and YSR Congress parties to form the government at Center. Its plan to install Rahul Gandhi in PM Chair, obliges it to put the AP state at stake. Though it loses power in the two states of AP and Telangana, still it has a chance to retain power at Center, which is much important than the states. So, while sacrificing AP and Telangana states, it also sacrifices its leaders in both regions. That is what the Seemandhra Congress leaders are telling now.   The Seemandhra Congress leaders appear to be realized this bitter truth, but the T-Congress leaders are still dreaming to return to power, where as it is actually spared for TRS. If, Congress and TRS enter into poll alliance, then the first preference will be given to TRS leaders only but not to Congress leaders, as a part of their agreement of giving support to UPA government.

Why CBN chooses Delhi for his hunger strike

Chandrababu Naidu is going to sit for an indefinite hunger strike from Monday at New Delhi demanding justice to Seemandhra region. Soon after the cabinet approved the T-Note, Chandrababu has asked the Center to address all the issues first, before going ahead with its bifurcation plan. He appealed the Center to react on his request within 24 hours, but Congress reacting in its own style has condemned his and Jagan Mohan Reddy’s arguments. Digvijay said that they have consulted all the concerned before coming to this conclusion.   Hence, Chandrababu will be sitting for indefinite hunger strike at New Delhi on Monday onwards. He said the time has come to disclose the Congress intentions behind its decision of dividing the state. Hence he chooses New Delhi as platform for his hunger strike so that he could spread the message to entire nation on how the Congress party is playing foul game in the state.   He proved himself very wise by choosing New Delhi as platform for his hunger strike. With this he could easily draw the attention of all the national parties and the national media attention as well, which may help him to build pressure on the Center. It may also make the Seemandhra people realize that TDP is always there for them at their worse time.   At the same time, his hunger strike to protect the rights of Seemandhra may create a negative impression that he is opposing Telangana state formation. Already, his rivals especially TRS is trying to project his strike as anti-telangana-fight. TDP Telangana Forum convener Errabelli Dayakar rao has said there is nothing wrong in Chandrababu’s move as he is just demanding justice to Seemandhra region. He said he also would like to join his fight.

Did Botsa encourage the party to move T-bill?

Even while the Seemandhra region is boiling, the ministers in Kiran Kumar Reddy cabinet are seriously lobbying to occupy his chair, as high command is not happy with him at all. The front runners in this dirty race are none other than PCC President Botsa Satyanarayana and Finance minister Anam Rama Narayana Reddy. During a recent meeting held at Ministers quarters all the ministers, who dislike CM Kiran Kumar Reddy for one reason or the other have decided to abide by the party high command decision of dividing the state. Hence, Botsa has rushed to New Delhi to assure the high command that their group is ready to ensure smooth passage of the T-bill, on a pre-condition that it should replace Kiran with either of them. According to reports, then only the high command quickly moved the table note on Telangana and got it approved in the cabinet meeting. However, when Anam sniffed something fishy about Botsa’s attitude, he simply took a ‘U’ turn and jumped into CM Kiran’s camp, whom he criticized just a day before. Now, with Anam joining the CM-led rebel group, line is cleared for Botsa Satyanarayana to succeed CM Kiran Kumar Reddy. Even Samaikyandhra activists also strongly believe that Botsa is the one, who encouraged the Congress high command to move the T-note to Cabinet without any further delay, whereas it is actually supposed to be submitted two weeks later. Perhaps, that is why they vent their anger by attacking his residence and camp office in Vizianagaram since today morning.

Fissures in BJP state wing

The bifurcation issue has had its ill effects on the state political parties, but BJP is the only party that is not affected, because of its poor presence in Seemandhra region. So, it remains intact even after Samaikyandhra stir kicks momentum in the region.   But, fissures start appear, when Sushma Swaraj has announced party’s unconditional support to Telangana, during her recent meeting held at Mehboob Nagar. Then, sparks ignites in Seemandhra region after seeing BJP leader Nagam Janardhan Reddy and others keep mum, while KCR is abusing Seemandhra people like anything during Saklalajana Bheri meeting held at Hyderabad recently. Though, the Seemandhra BJP leaders are not objecting to their party stand taken in favor Telangana creation, they hurt with these two incidents.   Hence, some BJP leaders from Seemandhra region lands at New Delhi and complained against their counterparts in Telangana and Sushma Swaraj’s announcement. They insisted the high command not to support the T-bill in parliament without considering the issues raised by them.   Knowing about these developments, the T-leaders of the party are also planning to visit New Delhi to insist the high command not to change its stand succumbing to pressures from their counterparts in Seemandhra.   Now, BJP is also facing the same situation of other parties in the state. As a result, differences between state party leaders like M.Venakaih Naidu, Vidya Sagar rao, Kishan Reddy also crops-up over bifurcation issue. That is why it’s T-leader Vidya Sagar rao is seen condemning the reports about differences between them.
