JD Lakshmi Narayana to be relieved soon

CBI Joint Director Lakshmi Narayana, who is handling several important cases like Jagan’s illegal assets case, Gali Janardhan Reddy’s OMC case etc will be relieved from his duties on June end as his deputation period will be completed by then. He has confirmed this news during chitchat with media at Hyderabad on yesterday. He said he will continue to work in the cases till end of June month. Replying to media question he said there is no time frame for filing final charge sheet in Jagan Mohan Reddy’s illegal assets case. He said once the investigation is completed CBI will file the final charge sheet without any delay. He rubbished the allegations made by YSR Congress party leaders against CBI of violating Supreme Court’s directive in this case.

If, he is relieved from the duties then it may either delay the ongoing investigation in Jagan’s cases with which Jagan Mohan Reddy has to confine to jail for many more months or there is a possibility of a roll-back of Jagan Mohan Reddy’s cases to enable a possible alliance or merger between the two Congress parties to face the elections, depending on the ‘guidelines’ given to new comer by the higher authority. However, JD Lakshmi Narayana’s departure from his duties are going to affect either way on Jagan’s case, unless otherwise an officer of same spirits and interests succeeds him.
