Whenever we think of treatment of cancer, we think of chemotherapy. Have you ever thought that cancer can have simple treatment too? Sometimes, its treatment can be as simple as the use of turmeric! I’m sure you never thought of that.

Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention, suggests that turmeric has the capacity to cause the cancer cells to die. A similar study in 2007 told the Liver International after conducting an experiment on mice that, those that received turmeric as treatment for liver cancer, showed signs of improvement. They believe this has only been possible because of the anti inflammatory properties of turmeric.

An year later another study in Taiwan declared that the Asian spice not only causes the cancer cells to die but also prevents the formation of tumors. That makes turmeric a very useful medicine in prevention and treatment of cancer.
