Nara Lokesh has again come-up with a new tweet quoting the GO issued by late YSR which orders the Discoms to submit their SSA proposals to state Electricity Regulating Commission for introducing surcharge system on the power consumption. Lokesh also attached the copy of the GO issued on 29th June in year 2009 by late YSR, to his tweet post. He asked YSR Congress party, whether he has to remind that it is late YSR who increased the power tariff and not generated a single unit of power extra during 2004-09 years.
