Health is Wealth...it is highly impossible to achieve anything or even enjoy the fruits of an existing wealth if ones health is not well. Sickness is a black hole...Good Health is a treasure..it is like a Fertile Land, grow anything on it and it florishes ! There are a few basic rules to maintaining ones health..for any age group.

 

Maintain everyday fitness..everyone needs to exercise, atleast for 30mins a day if it is a one year old, and get fit through some physical activity games or fitness moves for the adults.

 

Eat 70% more vegetables and fruits, than snacks and junk food, per day.

 

Replace every sweet item, such as is made with Sugar, containing High fructose corn syrup, Dextrose, Fructose etc..with Water or plain milk or buttermilk, coconut water..whenever possible, in a day.

 

Replace every fried, fatty food with a fresh veggie or fruit.

 

Consume healthy fats such as coconut oil, avocado oil, olive oil, dried nuts, keeping butter and egg yolks at the minimum, overall these are healthier fats compared to vegetable oils and beef oil etc.

 

Avoid Geneticall Altered Foods such as Soy, Alfalfa, Corn, Cotton seed etc..though a recent study proved that GMO foods are not as harmful as they are considered, it is better to keep such foods at bay until the study is established deeply.

 

Get ample sleep of 7-8 hours per day.

 

Keep stress away.

 

By following these simple guidelines, managing ones health becomes a discipline and easier to deal with certain ailments that come with age or due to climatic conditions.
