Former PCC President Botsa Satyanarayana, who just few days ago criticized the state government stating that it is preferring Vijayawada for capital only to benefit TDP leaders who have heavily invested on the lands around there. However, today he welcomed the state government’s decision. But, he find fault with ruling TDP for not allowing a debate in the Assembly and for not consulting the opposition parties to discuss this matter.

Of course, state government should have consulted the opposition parties and take their views before announcing its decision, just like the way UPA government did while dividing the state. But state government ignored their pleas as it believes will further complicate the issue.
