Do see yourself accepting just the way you are? Notice how many conditions you attach when you look at yourself. Perhaps you feel you can accept yourself only when you have achieved something, or you want to look in a particular way, you have to lose enough weight to fit into the perfect pair of jeans or wait for others to acknowledge you.

It usually leaves you feeling very dissatisfied, incomplete, or there is something incomplete unless you have those qualities or things that you want in life. What you see outside is only a reflection of what you are, what you think and what you feel deep within. Always remember, “The outer world reflects your inner feelings and thoughts”.

Learning to accept yourself just the way you are is the key to positive change in your life. A very effective good way to start is by affirmations. Continuous and positive affirmations on a daily basis could change you and the situations are in. For example instead of saying “I am fat “you could say “I am the perfect weight”. When you feel stuck up in money issues and you feel the lack of it just say “I am a magnet for money”. Each situation and emotion you face can be cleared with these positive suggestions.

Another powerful tool would be to look in to the mirror and say these affirmations and tell yourself how much you love yourself, this can bring a lot of change in your life. 

The key to self acceptance is self awareness which will bring a major change in your life.
