Cyclone Thane, which crossed the coast between Cuddalore in Tamilnadu and Puducherry on Friday morning. The severe cyclonic storm resulted in to heavy rains in Nellore and Chittoor districts of Andhra Pradesh. The cyclone induced depression is still causing rains in North and South coastal districts of AP.
