The winter session of the Legislative Assembly will start from December 1. This was revealed by revenue minister N Raghuveera Reddy during a district collector’s video-conference held at the Secretariat on Monday. The Minister informed the government has decided to conduct the winter session from December 1. On the first day of the session, the House would be adjourned after offering condolences to sitting and former MLAs who passed away recently. The government is getting ready to take up discussion on the prevailing drought situation on the second day. In this connection, he asked district collectors to send complete information on drought relief measures and enumeration of crop loss.
