As you all know Paneer and Cottage cheese are one and the same with a little difference ,Cottage cheese is salted and Paneer is unsalted, . Cheese might also have a high level of cream in it. But people who dont know the benefits of it say cheesee things about it..Firstly lets break the Myths about cottage cheese.


Too heavy- Eat it only when you have more physical activity: Too much of Fat- Its actually very good for burning fat and bulding lean muscle Not for people above 40yrs - Because of its high sodium content it might push up blood pressure levels up,so those who are prone should avoid Cheese.Not good for children : It surely is an energy booster for children who are weak and more lethargic.

Finally we all should know that Cottage cheese is rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals like calcium, which are important nutrients for continued good health. However, the sodium in cottage cheese might work against the benefits. As with anything, moderate usage of any cheese will do more good than bad....so say cheeseee!!!!
