Is Kiran Kumar to split Congress?

Three days ago, Rajhamundry Congress MLA Routhu Surya Prakash rao has told the media that a new political party will be floated soon to lead the Samaikyandhra agitations. The latest buzz is that, CM Kiran Kumar Reddy is going to lead the new party, which is to be given name as Indira Congress party. Kiran, who is strongly opposing bifurcation of the state, has told the Antony committee that unless the issues relating to sharing of capital and waters etc are addressed, it is unwise to go ahead with bifurcation process. He is said to be raised 6 issues and wants the Antony committee address them all.

Though, Kiran shows no signs of revolt right now, he may lead the Seemandhra MLAs, when they are asked to pass the resolution in Assembly for creation of Telangana state. Congress high command has summoned Kiran Kumar Reddy to New Delhi to convince him for implementing its decision on bifurcation.
