REDUCE CHOLESTEROL NATURALLY

Consume green tea:

To reduce cholesterol consume green tea every day which helps you to lower the cholesterol naturally. Green tea reduces bad cholesterol in the blood and improves the ratio of good cholesterol to bad cholesterol.

Eat more beans:

To reduce cholesterol eat half cup of Beans everyday which helps to lower cholesterol naturally. Exercise regularly daily do physical activities like walking, exercise, jogging, running, swimming etc...... this daily activity reduce cholesterol.

Reduce animal fats:

Animals contain high cholesterol, so we have to switch to low-fat products. we should not use butter and cheese. Choose lean meats and remove chicken skin and consume. Eggs, however, are considered safe to consume, with several studies showing that up to six eggs a week have no significant effect on cholesterol levels.

Use olive oil and plant sterols:

Daily have two table spoons of olive oil a day in place of other fats in your diet. Plant sterols also reduce cholesterol levels and can now be found in butters, cereals and low-fat yoghurt and milk. Daily intake of 2.5 grams of plant sterol- enriched foods lowered LDL levels by between five and 15 per cent.
