Clarify stand on Delhi government formation: SC

 A Supreme Court constitutional bench lead by Justice HL Dattu has taken-up the petition filed by Aam Admi party leader Arvind Kejriwal. He appeals the apex court to order NDA government to conduct fresh elections for Delhi national territory at the earliest otherwise ruling party is indulging in horse trading of AAP MLAs. He also submitted the video footage showing some BJP leaders bargaining with AAP MLAs to get their support to BJP for forming government at Delhi.

The apex court ordered the Centre to come with a solid proposal to resolve this issue on October 10th that is on next hearing date. It refused to extend the period any further as it also agrees with AAP arguments.
