CBI files 11th charge sheet against Jagan

So far 10 charge sheets were filed against YSR Congress party president by CBI in connection with quid pro cases and today CBI has filed one more charge sheet against him, Vijaya Sai Reddy, Shyam Prasad Reddy (promoter of Indu Projects) and some others. As usually they both gets A-1 and A-2 numbers in this fresh charge sheet also. This is also a quid pro case, in which Indu Projects Pvt Ltd, (Housing) and Jagan Mohan Reddy are the named as benefiters of the illegal transactions made during late YS Rajashekar Reddy regime between 2004 and 09.

According to CBI charge sheet, YSR government has granted several housing projects to Indu Projects and in return Indu has made huge investments in Jagan owned companies. Hence, CBI charged the accused with cheating, criminal conspiracy, forgery and criminal breach of trust in its 11th charge sheet filed today.
