Court to take-up Jayalalitha’s petition tomorrow

Karnataka High Court has agreed to take-up former Tamilnadu Chief Minister Jayalalitha’s bail petition on tomorrow instead of next Monday. The ruling AIADMK party of Tamilnadu has appealed the court to take-up her bail petition tomorrow keeping in view of her poor health condition and the court agreed. Though, her bail petition has been advanced to tomorrow, it depends whether the court will consider her plea for bail or not. If not, her lawyer Jetmalani will knock Supreme Court’s doors without any delay. Until then, she has to spend behind bars.
