Bifurcation case adjourned by HC

The state high court has adjourned the case related to bifurcation of the state. Lawyer JP Rao has filed public interest litigation (PIL) in high court complaining that the Centre is not following the constitutional procedures in bifurcation process and hence appealed the court to order the Centre to stop the process immediately. However, the court bench comprising Justice PV Sanjay Kumar and Kalyan Jyothy Sen Gupta has adjourned the case.. Supreme Court also adjourned similar petitions filed by Payyavula Keshav and some others to 18th of this month, stating it need in-depth study before taking-up the case.
