Goa MLA booked for raping a minor girl

He was a former education minister. An honourable member of present Goa legislature. But Babush Monserrate would now be facing the charges of rape on a minor girl. According to the complaint, Monserrate has allegedly raped a minor girl who was working in his store. But Monserrate has however denied the charges saying that these were false allegations by the girl.

Monserrate claims that the girl has stolen some money from his store and was sacked by him, which prompted her to irk him with false claims. Monserrate wasn’t new for controversies. He was presently expelled from his party for getting closer to the ruling BJP. Previously, his son Rohit was also arrested on the charges of raping a German girl, but was later acquitted. There was a full heap of rumours that Monserrate has influenced the case against his son. Can he do it now!
