Implementing Maoists agenda, but have to ban

TRS Chief KCR once used to state that if his TRS party comes into power in the state, then his government will implement Maoists agenda. However, soon after he takes charge as Telangana CM, he also extended the ban on Maoists like any other state governments in the country.
Telangana state finance minister Etela Rajendar during his recent visit to Warangal, reiterates KCR’s statement of implementing Maoists agenda by his government, but he transfers the blame onto Centre for banning the Maoists in Telangana state. He said his government extended the ban following the directions from Centre. He said a serious debate has been taking place in the party internal meetings on how to react with Maoists.
Before transferring the blame onto Centre, he should remember that his government has strongly opposed several decisions of Centre like merging seven mandals of Kammam district with AP, transferring police administration powers to Governor etc. in the recent past. But, TRS government doesn’t bother to raise an eye-brow when the Centre asks it extend ban on Maoists, even while asserting that it is implementing Maoists agenda. This reveals that what TRS leaders are stating about Maoists is not true.
