Chandrababu to visit Guntur

Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu has been visiting each week a district for two days in a bid to bring the government close to the people. His plan to visit Visakha district has been cancelled due to heavy raining. Next, he will visit Guntur district on August 6th and 7th. Elaborate arrangements are being made for his visit to district.

During the first day of his tour, Chief Minister will hold a meeting with district officials at ZPTC Office in Guntur and review the situation. Later he will visit different places in the district where he will launch several welfare and development programs. He will also interact with farmers, women of thrift groups and general public during his two day visit in the district.

His idea of each week visiting one district for two days is receiving overwhelming response from the people as they find it easier to give representation to Chief Minister directly instead of wondering around various government office. Although, it is difficult for CM to continue this two day visit program, he has to carry on with it until all the state government offices are shifted into AP from Hyderabad.
