Cong. sketch for facing elections

The last episode of perfectly scripted, directed and well played bifurcation affair will come to an end after Rajya Sabha passing the T-Bill today. Kiran Kumar Reddy’s resignation is also part of the whole plan. Although, he is quitting his post and party, he spared Sonia and Rahul Gandhi from his criticism. The same way, Congress high command also softly reacts on his resignation. This reveals how they are bonded together. Perhaps, this bond may bring him back to party fold after elections. However, in the meantime they have to cross swords in the elections to split the votes and to stop TDP from grabbing the power.   He made it clear that he continued in his post till today because he don't have sonia Gandhi permission. So, he formally agreeing that he is loyal to hishigh command and been obyeing its orders until today. So, it is clear that he is the sinner, who let the Centre divide the state. This is not a general opinion of public, but it is the opinion of his close aides and party leaders. However, they are blaming him now only to get excuse from the people.   They project Kiran group as sinners and Kiran group projects them as sinners of bifurcation. By letting them cross swords, Congress has begun an all new drama to pass in the general elections. Now, both these groups of Congress wearing different masks will fight like dreaded enemies in the elections. However, the main intention behind their fight is to stop TDP from coming to power. Congress high command has already cornered TDP by forcing BJP to support the T-Bill. TDP may not afford to go for poll alliance with BJP that supports division of the state.   So, the mother Congress, the Kiran Congress and Y. Congress will fight with each other, while combined by core and while targeting TDP. They are going to split the votes and obviously TDP will be the sufferer. Let us hope Chandrababu Naidu will bailout his party from this critical situation.

CM Kiran resigns to party and post

Finally, Captain Kiran Kumar Reddy has played his last ball today and quits his party, CM Post and his MLA post also. He announced this decision in a press meet held at his camp office a short while ago. He said it pains him very much to quit the party that gives him name and fame, but forced to quit as he is firmly opposing party decision. He reiterated all those points that he is saying about the problems arise out of bifurcation and described how his party has violated all constitutional procedures in passing the T-Bill. He condemned the way his party and BJP join hands to pass the T-Bill. He fears that the way his party and BJP pass the T-Bill may encourage others to follow the unconstitutional procedures in the future for overcoming such problems.   He flays the Centre for making mockery of democracy and Parliamentary system by forcedly passing the bill in Lok Sabha yesterday. He sharply criticizes his party for doing all those odd things in Lok Sabha yesterday. He also criticized all political parties of the state for playing double games for votes and seats. However, he didn’t used any harsh words against his high command especially Sonia or Rahul Gandhi.   Replying to media question, he said he has continued in the post until today only because he couldn’t turn down the order of Sonia Gandhi. However, he said would he resign six months ago, when his party announced its decision to divide the state, Telangana would be formed four months ago. He said he is not greedy for power. If greedy, he said he would have accepted his party decision, he would definitely get rewards for it. But, he remain in power only to fight against bifurcation.   He accepts his defeat and apologized all those people who hearts with his decisions against bifurcation. He made it clear that he is not against Telangana state formation, but opposed it only keeping n view of their welfare and nothing else. He made it clear that he will not continue as interim CM, even if Governor asks.     When asked about launching new political party, he said still the media couldn’t understand why he fought and why he is quitting. He said that he is not concerned about his future. He concludes his press meet without giving any hint about his new party. Later, he accompanied few MLAs and Ministers went to meet Governor Narasimhan to submit resignations.

Telugu Talli is Divided

Finally our democracy has been sold by political parties for votes. They have divided a state without even realizing the kind of heritage and power it would have if the people of both sectors stay united. Lok Sabha speaker claims that due to a technical error they were not able to telecast the happenings of the house. The people of India were kept in the dark and did not know what was spoken during the passing of an important Bill which involves two new states to be formed.   It is surprising how the main opposition party BJP suddenly rendered their support to the bill. We all clearly know that this is a game plan to reckon votes in the new Telangana state. The statement of Sushma Swaraj did disappoint many who were waiting for a united AP. Sushma was same person who said that a bill with legal lacuna cannot be passed. She was strongly against the bill being passed without the amendments being made. Nobody can forget Narendra Modi saying that India needed a 'Congress Mukt Bharat'. He was considering this bifurcation process to be yet another manifestation of a 'Divide and Rule Policy' of Congress. Then how was the party able to support a bill that is constitutionally flawed ??? Our honorable Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde who piloted the AP reorganization bill mentioned that it is common for the parliament to function in this manner. He said that these kind of things keep happening. The heavy police security at the parliament only reminds us of what happened on the 13th of December 2001. Back then it was an attack by enemies of a foreign land and now it is our glorious democratic tradition that is under attack. Here is the new definition for democracy. Not letting MPs speak, blacking out live telecast, marshals all around, closed doors, section 144 outside the parliament, refusal to hear voices of dissent, not letting any division or vote on amendments as is prescribed in the rule book and not allowing any debate on merits of the bill. May god save us since we cannot rely upon our politicians anymore !!!
