T-Bill will be sent to Assembly: Digvijay

Congress state political in-charge Digvijay Singh stated that T-Bill will be sent State Assembly after President Pranab Mukharji goes through it after his return from his foreign trip on Tuesday. Since the cabinet has cleared the T-Bill, there were reports that the T-Bill may not be sent to State Assembly for approval, as the center realized it will be defeated if put for voting in the house. So, Speaker Nadendla Manohar following high command decision may allow a debate on the bill but not permit for voting on the bill. Hence, T-Bill may come before State Assembly any time after President’s return to country.
Digvijay also made some interesting statement over the status of Hyderabad. He said "The control on Hyderabad will remain with Governor or in the Central Government' s hand for the next 10 years. However, which of the departements will come under their control wil be decided only after viewing the recommendations of the Group of Ministers. However, they may not tour in the state. We will strictly follow the constitutional process in creating Telangana state."
Speaking about status of Seemandhra people settled in Hyderabad, he said "Those who enroled themselves as voters of Hyderbad will be considered as people of Telangana and we will ensure safeguard their rights."
