Toy House, easily!

One more activity to keep your child busy! And you need not run to the store. Just find a big enough cardboard box, collect few color papers, a strong glue. Allow your child to help you, but careful with the scissors around.

Be smart, by thinking ahead about your child's most favourite TV show. Let that be the theme for this Toy House, and it will keep your child so busy. You will hear no complaints about the looks of it.

We are not going to decorate it overly, as its just a cardboard box and we never know how many days it lasts. So just paste the basic colored papers on all interior sides of the box. If you have time and interest, make clouds with white paper and paste. You can even paste a sun, few simple trees , cut some windows and a door or just draw them all using colorful sketch pens. Here are some pics of what i did with my toddler Baby Girl. The sun was her idea....i dont intend to spend anymore time on this piece and feel bad later, as my curious Daughter is destructive at times. Basically, it all started as an All-in-one Toy house so that she can use it for any of her toys. And thats the reason, i just used blue for the sky, green for the land, clouds and a Sun. Put your imagination to creativity !!
