SC asks Sahara to disclose its sources

Sahara Group recently raised Rs. 25000 crore and paid to its investors in cash. On Friday Supreme Court asked the Group to disclose the sources of the money that had been raised after the keen observation. Chief justice T S, the head of the bench said that, though they don’t doubt the capacity of Sahara Group to pay Crores to its investors, that too in cash within two months. But the entire explanation of the episode was too difficult to digest. The court asked the group to disclose the sources of the cash and there would be no need to open the Pandora box.
