Non Bailable warrant against Sanjay Dutt

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, who was given 4 weeks extension to surrender before TADA court to undergo three and half years jail term in a case related to illegal arms of 1993 Mumbai blasts has filed a review petition in the Supreme Court recently. While, he has very short period left to complete his film commitments, Andheri Metropolitan court, Mumbai has issued orders a non-bailable-arrest-warrant to him today for failing to attend the court summons in a case filed against him by Bollywood producer Shakeel Noorani, who alleges that he has threatens him through underworld gangs. Hence, the arrest warrant has again turned his situation miserable. Hence, he has to surrender before the police on today or tomorrow and face the trial in the court.
