Pawan Kalyan to meet Chandrababu today

Janasena party president Pawan Kalyan is likely to meet AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu at his camp office in Vijayawada on Thursday. Some farmers of two or three villages in the capital zone are unwilling to handover their lands to the government for Amaravati construction. Hence, the state government declares that it will collect their lands using Land Acquisition Act, if they do not handover their lands before end of this month. In this context, Pawan Kalyan’s meeting with Chief Minister is considered to be very significant.

He is opposing the idea of collecting lands by force using Land Acquisition Act. So, he may be meeting the Chief Minister to ask not to force the farmers to handover their lands to government. It is learnt that farmers of those villages met Pawan Kalyan recently and reportedly told him that if government increases the compensation package, they are also ready to handover their lands to the government. Hence, Pawan Kalyan may insist the Chief Minister to consider their request. He may speak to media after his meeting.
