NBW Issued Against Minister Pardhasaradhi

The Economic Offences Court at Nampally issued a non-bailable warrant against Secondary & Intermediate Education Minister Pardhasaradhi on Monday for violating FERA regulations in the year 2002.

The minister Pardhasaradhi had committed some irregularities as managing director of KPR Tele Products in 2002 that violated FERA regulations and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed a case. After probing the case, the ED has mposed some fine on the minister. The ED complained that the minister has neither paid the fine nor co-operating with the investigation and sought for the warrant. The court accordingly issued non-bailable warrant against him.
