Legendary singer Manna Dey is no more

Veteran playback singer Manna Dey (94) died in a private hospital at Bangalore on Thursday after prolonged illness. He was admitted in Narayana Hrudayalaya few months ago for treatment of respiratory problems, but passes away after having cardiac arrest around 4 am today. Manna Dey is survived by two daughters. His daughter Shusmita Deb and son-in-law Jnanarajan Deb were beside him when he breathed his last.
