KCR Wishes to see Garbage free roads

TS government gearing up to slap penalty on those who litter debris, garbage on the roads despite provided with dustbins to every household, cleared chief minister KCR in “Swatcch Hyderabad- Swatcch Telangana” review meeting on 22 may.

 

Stating that the roads must be free from garbage and debris, every household will be given two dustbins one each for wet and dry waste which would help for the easier disposal of garbage in hygienic manner.

 

He also directed all the officials to create awareness among the people on new concept of dustbins. He also added that 2500 Auto- trolleys will be provided to shift garbage in regular intervals.

 

Of the 77 nalas, five are joining Hussain Sagar and the rest of 72 are merging into Musi , he said and directed the officials to take necessary measures of creating awareness among the people against throwing garbage on the roads. KCR also directed the officials to take immediate measures to remove hi-tension wires which are located close to houses and apartments.
