BJP can challenge TDP in near future: Kavuri

Former union minister Kavuri Sambhasiva rao doesn’t need any special introduction. People of the state have seen how he played dual roles in bifurcation process and about his desperate attempts to join TDP to secure party ticket in the general elections. He joins BJP as a last option but fails to secure party ticket there also. Like many Seemandhra Congress leaders, his political future is also blinking because of the dual role he played.

He was not seen or heard until now after the elections. But, he recently pops-up in the BJP party meeting and grabbed the opportunity to dig TDP leaders of his district, who blocked his entry into party. “It came to my notice that some ruling party leaders in West Godavari district are harassing the farmer and people, who do not vote them. Such leaders can’t shine in politics for a long time. I will not remain a silent spectator if they continue their odd practices. I am quite confident that BJP will become strong and matching force to TDP in the state in the next ten years period,” said Kavuri.

Minister Prattipati Pulla rao stated that TDP will remain in power for next 20 years and Lokesh will become Chief Minister next. YSR Congress party president Jagan Mohan Reddy strongly believes that he might have missed this chance, but definitely not in the next elections. Now, Kavuri is saying BJP will become a matching force to TDP in the state in the next 10 years. Then, what about Congress party and its fate?
