Hyderabad: To make sure the security of the metro project as well as the passengers is maintained over seventeen police stations would be established at various stations of Metro Rail and 48 outposts would be established alongside the corridor of Metro.

Mr Krishna Prasad from Railway & Road Safety Board said on this context, “All the stations will be having a woman constable. Scanning of the baggage of travellers will be operated by a team and security at the exit and entrance points will be checked at regular intervals.
