CMO underplays Prorogue request

The CMO while condemning the rumors on prorogue issue, says it is just a routine official process carried out by it and nothing there is nothing odd in it as described by media and politicians. It said it is necessary to prorogue the Assembly to pass the ordinance. It is a technical aspect in this procedure and not any odd practice. However, it didn’t reveal which ordinance is needed to be approved by the Assembly right now and why it sat on the letter all these months and sent the letter ahead of Telangana bill reaches the Assembly for a debate.
