AP NGOs case adjourned

The arguments on AP NGOs strike in High Court continue even on the 5th day today, but couldn’t be concluded. The court adjourns the case to Tuesday. AP NGOs has reiterated their stand on continuing the strike until Center revokes its stand on bifurcation of the state. The NGOs are ready to appeal in Supreme Court, if the High Court verdict comes against them.

However, their legal fight in the court is creating unseen pressures on the Seemandhra political executives, who still do not want to quit their posts. They feel isolated by the people and high command as well. Hence, the MPs believe that there is no other option left for them except to resign to their posts.

There is divided talk over resignations. Some of them argues that once the Center makes it official by forwarding the T-note for state assembly approval, it would be apt time for quitting the posts, which they believe will have a good effect on the party and people as well. However, seven MPs have already took Speaker appointment on 11.30 AM on 24th for approving their resignation letters submitted earlier.
