Amitabh, Abhishek injured While Visiting Bal Thackeray

Bollywood stars Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan who went to visit the critically ill Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray late last night suffered injuries. Thackeray, who is 86 years old, is presently on life support at his residence. Both the Bachchans who went to visit him and were injured. Amitabh’s kurta tore as he and Abhishek fought their way through the gathered crowd of Sena workers. Big B tweeted, “Yes both Abhishek and me were injured with cuts, but are fine and back home … the doctors at ‘Matoshree’ attended on us !” Big B further wrote, “When I fought for my life after ‘Coolie’ accident, he (Bal Thackeray) came to visit me in hospital, with a cartoon he had drawn – Yamraj defeated !” Thackeray is now fighting for his life and needs prayers. Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt also visited Thackeray at his residence.
