49 children using single tooth brush

In a shocking revelation the Chairman of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Justice H L Dattu has revealed that 49 children were using just a single toothbrush and a toothpaste in a government aided home for the disabled.

 

The former Chief Justice of India, HL Dattu is trying to create better opportunities for people since he has taken up the role as the NHRC Chairperson. He has appointed reporters across states to visit homes for the senior citizens and disabled children and give reports on the basic facilities available there so that they can work better on improving them.
