The other day, Union Home Minister’s announcement of holding all party meeting on December 28th on Telangana issue, state political in-charge, describes it as a meeting that is intended to gain some knowledge on Telangana issue for Sushil Kumar Shide, who recently takes charge as Minister.

The four major political parties in the state while flaying the idea of holding all party meeting describing it as another gimmick played by Congress party, they got another weapon from Azad’s statement to fire on Congress party. PCC president Botsa Satyanarayana also believing that it is time to contribute some thing to this issue has voluntarily comes forward making his style of remarks on all party meeting and Telangana issue.

He said “Although, we have summoned for an all party meeting to get the views of the state political parties on Telangana issue, Congress being eldest of all the political parties in the country, need not to explain about its own stand on the issue along with the other parties in the meeting. First, we will assess the views given by the opposition parties and then only we will come to any conclusion on the issue. I have also asked the Union Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde to consider change of date of the meeting as it clashes with ‘Telugu Mahasabhalu’ meetings to be held at Tirupati in the same time. I suggested that if possible try to change the date of the meeting to January 1st week.”

While, the Congress biggies enjoying the media focus on them with their sensational remarks on the sensitive issue, the Telangana Congress find themselves caught in the cross firing between their own leaders and the opposition parties on this issue.
