KA Paul Sent to District Jail on 14 Days Remand

Preacher and founder of Praja Shanti Party, Dr. KA Paul was sent to Prakasham district jail in Ongole for 14 days judicial remand on Monday. Paul was arrested earlier on charges of the murder of his brother David Raju in 2010. It is alleged that KA Paul had differences with his brother David Raju over some property issues and Paul got him murdered through hired assasins Koteswara Rao and few others.
It is to recall that, David Raju was murdered in February 2010 in his car on national highway in Mahboobnagar district. At that time the family members of David Raju alleged the role of K A Paul behind the murder. Now that the police got evidence through a sting operation, wherein Paul was caught on camera offering bribe to the circle inspector, he has been arrested and sent to jail.
Reacting on the incident, K A Paul has said that the chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy and Kadapa MP Jaganmohan Reddy targeted him in a bid to stop him from contesting in elections. He recalled, even YS Rajasekhara Reddy also got him arrested earlier to stop him from conesting elections. YSR met with the wrath of God and perished. Now, whoever tries to harm him (Paul) will also face the same fate, Paul warned.
