The High Court of Andhra Pradesh on Friday extended CBI custody of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in the disproportionate assets case. The CBI had sought the court for extension of Jagan custody on the plea that he didn't cooperate with the investigation during the five days custody period that ended yesterday. The court took the agency's plea into consideration and granted 2 day custody - on 9, 10 June.
The court stipulated that Jagan is to be questioned from 10.30 AM to 5 PM in the presence of two advocates. The court also permitted the CBI to give the three chargesheets filed in the case so far to Enforcement Directorate (ED).
