YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy has no option but to attend the CBI special court personally on May 28, despite the fact that the summons issued to him clearly said he could send his lawyer to represent his case.
During arguements on Vijay Sai Reddy's pettion seeking deferment on proceedings till investigation is completed, Jagan's lawyers on monday pleaded that jagan may be allowed to represent through his lawyers on 28th may. But the court disallowed the plea and said that jagan has to present himself personally in court on 28 may as it is not possible at this stage to after the summons issued. However, Jagan can bring along his lawyers, averred the court.
