The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) produced Kadapa MP and YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in Special CBI Court in his disproportionate assets case. While CBI sought for 14 days custody of Jagan, his counsels argued that the arrest of Jagan Mohan Reddy itself was irregular.

The Court heard the arguements of both parties on whether Jagan's arrest was in accordance with the proceedure or not. The court deferred its judgement till post lunch and will deliver the same at 3 PM today.
