Former Minister Sailajanath may jump into YCP soon

Former Minister Sailajanth is likely bid good bye to Congress party for the same reasons that many seniors left it earlier. Even 16 months after bifurcation of the state, Congress party’s situation in the AP state is not improving because for known reasons. No one else in the party except PCC President Raghuveera Reddy is seen putting efforts to strengthen the party. Hence, Sailajanath is reportedly planning to jump out of the sinking Congress ship and join YSR Congress party very soon. It is learnt that its president Jagan Mohan Reddy is also keen to admit him into his party as he is looking strong leaders like him, who can strengthen the party in Ananthapur district. It is learnt that former Congress MLAs-Ponnada Satish Kumar, Varaprasad and Rajeswari Devi from East Godavari district are also in touch with YSR Congress party.
