Dr. Kamineni makes wise argument on Sec: 8

So far, there is no official confirmation about execution of Sec. 8 of the AP Re-organization Bill that entrusts full powers to the Governor in the common capital Hyderabad. However, the report triggered a fierce battle between leaders of different political parties. It once again clearly draws a line between the AP and Telangana leaders. While, the ruling TRS and the Congress party leaders are strongly opposing it, T-TDP and AP TDP and YSRCP are supporting it. However, the BJP in AP and Telangana states has not joined their battle yet.

But, Minister Dr. Kamineni Srinivasa Rao, who is from the AP BJP has strongly defends the Centre’s decision. He said “It is Jairam Ramesh and KCR, who penned several clauses of the AP Re-organization bill, including Sec: 8. Then how the TRS and Congress party leaders are opposing it now? The Congress and the TRS leaders, who are opposing it now should know one thing. Any sections in any Act can’t be divided into implementing sections and non-implementing sections. Whatever sections and sub-sections mentioned in any Act are intended to implement and serve the purpose. Hence, Sec: 8 of the AP Re-organization bill is also not exceptional one. It should be implemented in the common capital and serve its purpose.”
