Chandrababu responds on Kodali issue

YSR Congress party Gudiwada MLA Kodali Nani alleges that AP CM Chandrababu Naidu misused his powers by asking police to vacate the YSR Congress party office from a rented building in Gudiwada. He alleges that TDP government is encouraging the police to file false cases against its rival parties. He challenged Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu whether he can do the same at Hyderabad.

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu sharply reacting to his allegations replied “He (Kodali Nani) is trying to politicize a small issue in which he is an offender. The building rented by his party belongs to an old woman. Police comes to help her to vacate his party office only after she lodged a complaint against him for not paying rent regularly. But, he appears to be expecting the people to afraid of politicians like him. But, the government can’t let the common people live at the mercy of such politicians. It is our duty to ensure safety and protection to every citizen of the state irrespective of their money, power, cast or religion. Police did exactly what the people expect from them. He invites troubles for himself by not ignoring the old woman’s request. We have seen how a handful of terrorists create terror in Paris. Hence, government has to deal such elements with firm hand to ensure people have secured feeling.”
