MIM leader Akbaruddin Owaisi, who returned to Hyderabad in the early morning and plans to surrender before Nirmal Police, is said to be dropped the idea on health grounds. Instead, his lawyers may meet the police and seek permission for his absence, in the meantime trying for an anticipatory bail for him. Though, there is no official announcement about this change of program from MIM, media affirms this report.
However, police at Nirmal have clamed the city under curfew declaring section 144 as preventive measures. Although, several police stations have filed cases against him, it came to know none of them have any official video evidence or an eye witness to prove that Akbaruddin has made a hate speech. Hence, the police are running after the media for procuring a video footage. They also said to be busy surfing the net to trace out video links from You Tube that supports the FIR filed against him.
