Anam brothers leaving Congress and joining TDP

 

As reported earlier, former minister Anam Rama Narayana Reddy and his brother Anam Vivekananda Reddy today announced that they are leaving the Congress party and joining TDP very soon. They said Congress party lost the trust of the people for its decision of dividing the state. It not only put the state on rocks but also put the party at stake. As a result, people of the state distanced from it after bifurcation of the state. They opined Congress party future in the Andhra Pradesh state is blink and it may not revive its lost glory in the near future. Hence, they decide to leave it and join ruling TDP keeping in view of their constituency development.

 

Anam Rama Narayana Reddy said that they will announce the exact date for joining TDP after talking with AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu soon. Actually, Anam Rama Narayana Reddy begins his political career with TDP. He was elected as MLA on TDP ticket for twice in 1983 and 85. He also served as minister in late NTR cabinet. Later, he jumped into Congress party and served as minister in late Rajashekar Reddy, Rosaiah and then in Kiran Kumar Reddy cabinet also. Now, he is returning to TDP along with his brother Vivekananda Reddy.
