HRC orders police file case against Ram Charan Tej

HRC has ordered the Banjara police to file a case against actor Ram Charan Tej, and his father Chiranjeevi’s secretary and body guards under sections 120(B), 325 and 306 for attacking two software engineers in a public brawl that takes place in Hyderabad few months ago.

Though there is photographic evidence of the incident, Ram Charan Tej has denied of playing any role in the attack and argued that the photos published in media were morphed ones. The software engineers have not lodged any complaint against Ram Charan Tej knowing that it is highly impossible to bring him to book because of his powerful background.

However, Mr. Saleem, a lawyer has filed a petition in HRC soon after the incident happens. After hearing his arguments, today the HRC has ordered the Banjara Hills police to file cases against Ram Charan Tej, his father’s secretary and the two body guards.
