Faster Visas for Hindus

It’s always hard to obtain Visa in a foreign country. But India has loosened the rules for granting Long Term Visas to the minorities of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh. The minorities of those countries need not wait for long long periods to get their visa granted. For this case minorities refer to Hindus, Jains, Sikhs, Parsis, Christians and Buddhists. Indian Government has decided that such applications should be resolved in just 21 days. Applicant shall be granted a visa if no state government has an objection against the application. The present rule is intended to clear hundreds of Visa applications that are pending from the said countries. There were also allegations that some officials are demanding huge bribes to clear these applications.
