Ram Charan and Sukumar have delivered a huge blockbuster, Rangasthalam. The movie earned cult following among Telugu audiences. Now, the expectations for the next film in their combination is enormous. While the speculations about Anirudh Ravichander, Shashwat Sachdev being considered as music composer, instead of Devi Sri Prasad, director opened office for the film. 

Sukumar's team has shared the update on social media, “THE MASTERMIND and his DEN for #RC17 are READY. The journey begins with the pooja ceremony soon.” Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the movie also marks Sukumar's next after Pushpa 2 and his fourth with the production house. 

Ram Charan needs a big hit post debacles like Acharya, Game Changer and Peddi. While Peddi did recover some amount, it did not become the blockbuster his fans anticipated. So, Sukumar's film again becomes highly important just like Rangasthalam and TFI is hoping for another great entertainer from the duo.
