TDP leader Jupudi Prabakar Rao misses a golden opportunity in the last minute. TDP high command has finalized his name for MLC seat under MLA’s quota on yesterday. But, he lost that golden chance to become MLC without any much effort, as he doesn’t have vote in the Andhra Pradesh state which is mandatory to contest elections.
Although, Jupudi Prabhakar Rao belongs to Prakasham district, he settled in Hyderabad since a very long time and so he registered himself as a voter in Hyderabad. Jupudi's unfortune has becomes a blessing for K Pratibha Bharati, the former speaker of the united AP State Assembly, who was offered his seat after this unpredicted development.
